Type of bushes.

Types of Bushes

5857 Pedders Rubber Bush(Pkt2)
Rubberised lower control arm rearward inner mount bush. Direct original equipment replacement.

EP1171 Urethane Diff Mount Bush
Utilised as a direct replacement for the original equipment differential mounts. Moulded polyurethane insert corrects excessive movement of the
differential housing under accelleration and decelleration. Suits late models only with the 89mm fibreglass outer shell and centralised centre tube.

EP233 Urethane Leaf Spring Bush
Full polyurethane bush kit to replace the existing rear leaf spring shackle bushes. Provides additional support to the leaf packs with the result being less
deflection of the leaves under accelleration, braking and cornering. This kit contains the correct amount of bushes for one vehicle.

EP6343 Urethane Control Arm Bush
Polyurethane mounting bush for the lower control arm rearward mount. This enhancement reduces excessive front wheel movement under braking and
cornering conditions. Contains bushing for one vehicle.

EP6344 Urethane Control Arm Bush
Polyurethane mounting bush for the lower control arm forward mount. This enhancement reduces excessive front wheel movement under braking and
cornering conditions. Contains bushing for one vehicle.

EP7204 Urethane Control Arm Bush
Polyurethane lower-inner bush designed to enhance rear stability and maintain correct dynamic alignment angles.

EP7205 Urethane Control Arm Bush
Polyurethane control blade-to-chassis bush. Alleviates excessive movement in the rear suspension under accelleration, braking and turning conditions.

EP7209 Urethane Control Arm Bush
Replacement bushing for the above camber adjutment kit.

EP8309 Urethane Leaf Spring Bush
Polyurethane leaf spring eye bush. Reduces movement in the rearward leaf spring mounting position. Kit contains bushes to suit one vehicle

4362 Bump Stop
Moulded microcellular polyurethane spring aid designed to replace the factory installed item. Contains one item per packet.

and other areas depending on your car models. ( Almost all models bushes are available)

so best answer for you is feel free call us and we can provide you the updated information :)

Urethane Suspension Bushes

Suspension Bushes

Bushes Information

Pedders have spent many years developing a comprehensive range of bushes for all applications each designed to allow flexibility of movement of the entire suspension while maintaining correct mounting and alignment of individual parts. To perform its intended role, a bush must be able to compress, but to a precise degree, and then return to its original position. If a bush is too hard, too soft, or damaged in any way, the ride, handling and safety of a vehicle is compromised.

Bushes are made from a number of different materials including rubber and polyurethane. By upgrading the original bushes to superior Pedders products which are designed for specific use, a vehicle's general handling and its ability to perform in certain conditions can be dramatically improved.

Pedders Urethane Bushes

Pedders Urethane bushes have a high capacity to bear tension, compression and friction and retain their hardness, even under the most adverse conditions. Features of urethane bushes:

  • Excellent for heavy load carrying
  • Firm suspension control
  • Resistant to corrosive material
  • Solves wheel alignment problems, particularly for most front-wheel drive vehicles where they do not have provision for wheel alignment correction.
  • In driving terms, this means better road holding, increased tyre life, more responsive steering and a longer service life of suspension components with minimal affect on NVH (noise, vibration, harshness).

Other features of Pedders Urethane Bushes are:

  • Hardened crush tubes - longer life and eliminates slippage
  • Double helix - maintains axial location while allowing full rotation of the pivot. It also acts as a grease reservoir that further increases product life
  • Knurling - for extra protection against adverse wear in heavily laden bushings
  • Bullet Grooves - provides the correct pre-load while at the same time accommodating a wide variance in sizes and maintaining free pivoting of the bushing
